You can change your tariff plan to another one any time, by simply dialing the corresponding code of the preferred tariff plan, or dialing *450# or just calling 450 short number and following the instructions. To reactivate the inclusions you need to recharge your account with an amount equal to the inclusions’ fee. You can check your inclusions by dialing *133# and choosing the “Inclusions”.Īfter 30 days, in case there are no sufficient funds on your account, the inclusions will not be reactivated and you will continue using Ucom services at standard rates according to your tariff plan. After 30 days, the inclusions will be automatically reactivated and the corresponding fee will be charged from your account.
The tariff plan inclusions will be valid for 30 days. As well as the monthly fee of Level Up 2700, Level Up 4700 and Level Up 8700 prepaid tariff plans will become 2900, 49 drams respectively.
