Street and surface lot parking where signage is displayed can be paid through the Passport Parking mobile application available through your cell phone’s app store or through the Passport Parking website listed on the meters (). Tokens and Smart Cards can be purchased at the police department for discounted bulk rates. Parking meters on municipal surface lots are enforced 9AM – 5PM, Monday through Friday. Parking meters on roadways are enforced 9AM – 5PM, Monday through Saturday (3 hour Maximum). Payments through the Passport Parking application are NOT valid for the parking garage. Payments can be made via your smartphone by scanning the QR code on your ticket to make payment on that ticket. The Parking Garage rate during special events will be $20 per day.

Drivers will be given a 15 minute grade period after entry to exit without charge. The parking garage is $2 for the first hour and $1 for each additional hour.
